Architectural ‘Moments’ commission for MAA’s George Corner

As a practice, we are interested in how the projects we design are occupied and how their occupation transforms the architecture from empty apartments to homes. To further explore this theme, we commissioned U–P and Sean Fennessy to shoot a series of photographs at our recently completed George Corner apartments.  This offered an opportunity to see a familiar building through a different lens. Each photographic ‘moment’ varies in materiality, texture and location, but collectively they continue MAA’s investigation of the spaces we inhabit and the finely crafted details that furnish our interiors.

Successful residential design is not about luxury finishes... it is about luxury of space, of scale, of amenity.
